  • About the programme

    This six month, part-time leadership programme from the Comms Lab is now in it's third year. It is designed to provide a new generation of Agency Leaders with the frameworks, skills and tools to successfully navigate the climate and ecological emergency we are in. It brings together best in class thinking from sustainability professionals, systems thinkers and change agents.


    The programme is for mid-level rising stars to senior management working in advertising and marketing services companies. It is aimed at passionate individuals who love what they do but are increasingly aware of the climate and ecological emergency. Reclaiming Agency helps participants develop new ways of leading so their organisations can meaningfully act to help address our environmental situation for business advantage.


    In the two years of the programme we have attracted participants from a variety of disciplines (e.g. creative, strategy, media planning, research and account management), from a variety of agencies (e.g. Mindshare, AMV, Mediacom, MullenLowe, Gyro and Sunshine).
