The Purpose-Driven Leadership Programme

  • About the programme

    This nine-month part-time leadership programme from The Comms Lab is designed to provide a new generation of agency leaders with the frameworks, skills and tools to successfully navigate our changing world. It brings together best in class thinking from sustainability professionals, systems thinkers, change agents and intrapreneurs.


    The programme is for mid-level rising stars in any role working in advertising and marketing services companies. It is aimed at passionate individuals who love what they do and want to make more of a positive impact through their work.


    Last year’s pilot attracted representatives from a variety of disciplines (e.g. creative, strategy, media planning and account management), from a variety of agencies (e.g. AMV, Mindshare, Mediacom, Gyro, MullenLowe, Publicis Media and Sunshine).
